Welcome to LGS Community Care, a dedicated provider of high-quality community care in the Highland area.

Established as a private limited company in 2023, we bring over 20 years of hands-on care experience to the individuals and families we support. Our primary mission is to expand accessible, community-based support for individuals living with autism and learning disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to access their local community day-to-day, supported by a team of highly trained, experienced, and compassionate staff.

Empowering Individuals Across the Highlands

Navigating daily life and engaging with the community can sometimes present challenges. That is where our dedicated team steps in. Providing top-tier community care in the Highland region, we work specifically with young people and adults aged 16 to 45. We proudly serve a wide geographical footprint, delivering bespoke support across Inverness, Ross and Cromarty, Nairn, and the Badenoch and Strathspey localities. By focusing on this specific age range and geography, we can tailor our services to perfectly meet the needs of the local population.

Overcoming Isolation Through Active Engagement

We aim to deliver a service that works alongside adults and recent school leavers who may be feeling isolated due to a lack of routine or involvement with their peers. Transitioning from full-time education into adult life can be a daunting experience, often leading to withdrawal. At LGS Community Care, we actively combat this by integrating our service users into local groups and settings. Here, individuals can interact with peers, build meaningful friendships, and learn everyday life skills in a safe, structured environment.
